Training
The project covers a full range of subjects from theoretical to applied mathematics and its aim in reaching out from theory to practice. Each ESRs will be trained in the setting of the local research environment guided by highly qualified senior academics. He will get in touch with experts of different research areas, and will be exposed to a number of complementary skills not only academic. Each ERS will be seconded to an other academic institution, and to a private company, where he will acquire knowledge of different research fields, or applications of his results. Thank to this rich background, the project can open to ER all carrier opportunities, from private to academic and the research topics proposed to ER reflect these opportunities. The main components of the training program are:
- Structured training courses in local doctoral schools;
- Training through research;
- Secondments and Inter-sectorial visits;
- Network-wide training activities, and Visiting researchers.
